36x48 mixed media on canvas. Ricardo Flores Magon was an anarchist from Mexico in the late 19th and early 20th century. He and his brother (also pictured) led the Magonistas and were influential in the social movement that led to the Mexican Revolution. Magon was greatly influenced by Peter Kropotkin and Kropotkin’s book “The conquest of bread”. Magon died in prison in Kansas. “Sic Labitur Aetas” is Latin for “Thus passes a lifetime” with the continued use of hermetic symbols and the Fibonacci equation. Awakening a fallen revolutionary.
